James's Crawfish Sausage Soup

14 1/2 oz. Can Beef broth 
14 1/2 oz. Can Italian stewed tomatoes 
1 1/2 Cups Water 
2 Cups Frozen hash brown potatoes 
10 oz. Frozen mixed vegetables 
1 1/2 Links Texas Cajun Crawfish Sausage, sliced 
1/8 Tsp Pepper 
2 Tbs Grated Parmesan cheese 
Cooking Instructions:

Combine beef broth, undrained stewed tomatoes and water in a large saucepan.   Bring to a boil.  Stir in hash brown potatoes, mixed vegetables, sausage and pepper.  Return to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 - 10 minutes.   Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 

Makes 4 servings.
