Steak
The Conch can be also cooked like an Abalone steak (Abalone is another snail).
Take the Conch meat sliced thinly-a slight pounding will help tenderize the
meat. Flour slices and then coat with a seasoned egg wash and sauté the Conch.
Serve hot with a coconut curry sauce or a red pepper butter sauce.
