Great Fried  Frog legs

 

11/2 cup milk                                             
1 egg
plate of flour                                               
Oil
salt & pepper                                            
8 frog legs cleaned                        

Beat egg and milk together in a bowl, heat about 3/4 in oil in skillet, oil should be hot so
legs won't stick, salt & pepper frog legs, dip into milk and egg mixture coating both sides
then dredge in flour. Place in pan ( making sure  doesn't stick) lower heat and
cover and cook till side is brown, then turn over and cook other side.
