              Southwestern Shrimp

 

1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tesp crushed cumin
salt
1/2 tesp sugar
3/4 tesp hot pepper sauce
1 chopped jalapeno chopped
1 pd shrimp, peeled and deveined

Mix all and stir until well blended, add shrimp and chill at least 2 hours, turning occasionally
broil or grill 4 in from heat brushing with marinade frequently, turning once
