Lynn's Butterfly Garlic Shrimp

 

3 tb Butter
2 lb Medium shrim, peeled and deveined and butterflied
3 Cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
1 1/2 Green peppers cut in thin strips
1 lg Lemon peeled and diced
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat butter in large frying pan. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes each side over mediuym-high heat.

Add garlic and season well; continue cooking 1 minute.

Stir in green pepper and diced lemon; cook 1 minute longer.

Correct seasoning, add parsley and paprika, mix and serve
