 James's  Fried Shrimp Balls

 

1 md Onion, grated
1 md Raw potato, grated
1 1/2 lb Shrimp, cleaned and finely chopped
1 Egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying

Mix onion, potato and shrimp together. Stir in egg, salt and pepper. Heat oil to 375. Drop shrimp in by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve hot.
