Cullen's Cajun Honey shrimp
1 c Catsup
1 tb Honey
1 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Hot sauce
1 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Thyme
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Onion powder
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Cook
shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Brush sauce
over shrimp. Serve over rice with leftover sauce. Serves 4.
