Shrimp Paella
1/2 lb
Shrimp, cleaned
2 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Water
1 - 10 oz pkg. green peas
1 pk French's Spice Your Rice Chicken and Herb Flavor seasoning
1 1/2 c Rice
4 oz Cooked ham,cut into thin strips
1/2 c Sliced ripe olives
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Halved cherry tomatoes
Saute shrimp in melted butter,2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. add
water, peas and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients. cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. makes 4
