4 Lg eggs
2 cups milk
2 lbs. peeled & deveined 21/25 shrimp
2 Tbs. La. Hot Sauce
2 cups corn flour
2 cups peanut oil
salt & pepper to taste
To fry shrimp combine eggs and milk in bowl, season
with salt & pepper, season corn flour,
place shrimp in egg wash, then in corn flour.
Fry 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
