              Kat's Texas Shrimp

 

2 lbs shrimp
2 tbs vinegar
6 tbs olive oil or veg. oil
salt & pepper
2 tbs. paprika
2 green onions with tops minced
1 celery heart minced

Cook, clean and chill shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over shrimp
 and toss lightly. Chill 2 hours. Serve on lettuce or in cocktail glasses. Garnish with avocado
tomato, peppers and black olives or whatever you like.
