           Nancy's Cracker Fried Shrimp

 

2 eggs
11/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup milk
1 lb jumbo shrimp
1 cup flour
35 saltine crackers crushed with fingers.

Beat the eggs and add milk.  Butterfly shrimp by splitting down back. Mix flour,  garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip shrimp in dry mixture, then the egg mixture and then the crackers. Fry until golden brown.
