                     Shrimp McGuire

1/4 lb bacon chopped
1/2 cup melt butter
2 lbs fresh spinach, cleaned and stemmed
6 ribs celery minced1 small white onion chopped
11/2 each garlic powder, white pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
11/4 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup Pernod
1/2 pight light cream
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined.

Sauté bacon until crisp: add butter, spinach, celery, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, Tabasco and Worcestershire
sauce. Sauté on low until celery is tender. Remove from heat add bread crumbs, Pernod and light cream.
Stir well. Put shrimp in casserole dish and cover with sauce, top with cheese add bread crumbs and bake
in oven 450 for about 15.
