Seafood Sauces

 

Kat's Shrimp Scampi

 

1 lb. raw shrimp - peeled, deveined
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup melted real butter
3 Tbls. minced garlic
paprika - to top
parsley flakes - to top

Place shrimp in shallow oven-proof dish.
-Mix the wine, butter, and garlic and pour over the shrimp.
-Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 6-7 minutes, or until the shrimp has turned pink. Do not overcook.

Note; can be cooked on stove
