Cullen's Sherry Cream Shrimp
1 1/2 pds peeled shrimp
1 oz butter
1 oz chopped onion
4 cloves garlic chopped
4 tbs sherry wine
3 oz heavy cream
Sauté onions in butter until lightly brown, add garlic sauté and mix
thoroughly.
Add shrimp and simmer over moderate heat till cooked. Add salt & pepper,
stir in sherry wine and cream. Cook until thickened Seafood
Sauce
