Shrimp Casseroles
Shanna's Shrimp Pie
2 lb shrimp (raw, shelled and 1 deveined, or thawed frozen)
3 x eggs
3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped small green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery hearts
2 cup corn scraped from cob, or 2
1 cup canned cream style corn
1 dsh tabasco sauce or bermuda
1 x pepper sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter
1 x salt
1 x pepper
1 x unsalted crackers
1 x cracker crumbs
Method :
Line a well-buttered shallow casserole with crackers. Beat the eggs with the
milk and add the shrimp and vegetables. Add seasoning and rectify to taste. Pour
into the casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake one
hour at 350F.
