Shrimp Casseroles

 

Granny's Shrimp Noodle  Asparagus Casserole


6 tablespoons butter 
6 tablespoons flour 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon white pepper 
1 teaspoon paprika 
3 cups milk 
2 cups cheese, grated 
1 pound shrimp, cooked 
2 cups egg noodles, cooked 
2 packages frozen asparagus 
1 cup cream, whipped 
1 cup almonds, sliced 
Melt butter. Add flour, salt paprika, and pepper. Stir. Add milk cook until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole and top with almonds. Bake at 350F until brown and bubbly.

Serves 6.
