Shrimp Casseroles

 

James's Shrimp Crab Rice Casserole

 

2 stk butter
2 cup Minute Rice
1/2 lb fine noodles
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 can onion soup
2 can chicken broth
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup water
1 1/2 lb small shrimp, cooked
6 oz crab meat

 Method :
Melt butter; mix with rice and noodles. Place in a lightly buttered glass baking dish (9x13). Mix the remaining ingredients and pour evenly over top of the rice and noodle combination. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. A quick and easy recipe - delicious with your favorite steak dinner!
