Shrimp Casseroles

 

James's Hot Crab Shrimp Rice Casserole

 

1 can (small) mushrooms, with juice
1 can Cream mushroom soup
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 med Green pepper
1 x Onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp Old bay
1 pch Red pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 can Shrimp, drained
1 can Crab meat, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Cooked wild rice
1 cup Cooked white rice

 Method :
Combine all ingredients in large baking dish. Bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, top with Toasted buttered bread crumbs and 1/4 cup slivered almonds return to oven for 10 minutes.
