Lynn's Lime Honey Slaw
1 onion
3 carrots
1 head of cabbage
***Dressing:***
2 limes, juiced
2 ounces Rice Vinegar
1 ounce oil (safflower)
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 large cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon honey
dash salt
black pepper
Shred onion and carrots in food processor. Slice cabbage in food processor. Mix
together.
Dressing: Blend and pour over slaw. Let sit a while.
