Back To Slaw Salads

 

Shanna's Ham Slaw

 

3 cup Shredded cabbage
1 cup Diced cooked ham
2 x Diced apples
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    Toasted walnut/pecan pieces
1/4 cup Raisins or currants
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1 tbl Dijon mustard
    Salt and pepper

 Method :
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve cold or hot.
Serves 4
