Kat's Carrot Tangy Slaw

 

1/2 lg. head cabbage, shredded
2 lg. carrots, shredded
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
 
 
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion. In ajar with tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill 4 hours before serving
