Lynn's Country Onion Rings Soup Smothered Chicken
3 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. French fried onion rings
Place chicken breasts in baking dish with Wesson oil in bottom. Sprinkle garlic
salt and pepper on top of chicken. Place butter in pieces on top of chicken. Add
2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Bake 1 hour at 350
degrees. When completed, sprinkle with French fried onion rings
