Cullen's
Gazpacho
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
6 cups tomato juice
1/4 tbs Tabasco
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4tsp each basil and garlic powder
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions with tops
3 med tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 cup celery coarsely chopped
1 med bell pepper coarsely chopped
2 med cucumbers, peeled and coarsely chopped

Using a metal blade combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until
almost
smooth. Chill and serve in a large pitcher or bowl, surround with bowls of
croutons,
cucumbers, peppers, celery, onion so guests may add more.
