Cullen's BBQ Rattlesnake

1 x Rattlesnake - (4 lbs) skinned, gutted,
    and cut into 6" pieces
1 bot Italian dressing
    (or a mixture of Worcestershire sauce and
    lemon pepper, or lemon juice, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and margarine)

 Method :
Marinate meat at least 30 minutes. Place meat on grill on low heat. Cook until tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
