Cullen's Rattlesnake Fried Rice
2 tbl Butter
2 x Eggs beaten
2 cup Cooked rice
1/2 cup Cooked rattlesnake diced very small
1/4 cup Soy sauce
Green onions chopped fine
1/2 cup Fresh cooked peas
(or leftover vegetables)
Method :
Melt butter in frying pan or wok. Add eggs. Stir to keep cooked egg pieces
small. Stir in rice and snakemeat, mixing thoroughly. Add soy sauce. Stir until
color of rice is fairly uniform. Add vegetables. Continue to cook until heated
through.
