      Kat's Sausage Chicken Garlic Soup

 

1 Pkg Italian Sausage, casings removed 
2 - 46oz Cans Chicken broth 
12 Large Cloves Garlic, crushed w/ side of knife 
2 Pkg Spinach Leaves, washed and drained 
Break Sausage meat up with spoon until uniform. 
Bring Chicken Broth to Simmer. 
Add Garlic and Onion, return to simmer. 
Add 2 Cups Cold Water To Broth 
Add Sausage Meat and break it up as it mixes into Liquid.  Return to Simmer, Cook 30 Minutes 
Check that sausage is cooked, if not simmer an additional 10 minutes, adding water if level has reduced.
