Granny's Tarter Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped pickles
1 Tbs drained capers
1 tbs finely chopped green onion
1 tbs finely chopped parsley
In bowl combine all ingredients, mix well

2 tbs finely chopped dill pickle or sweet relish
2 tbs finely chopped onion
2 tbs chopped green olives
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and chill
