Kat's Sauce for Oysters

 

2 green onions slivered with part of green tops
2 cloves garlic crushed
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup chopped, peeled, seeded tomato
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1 Serrano pepper chopped
Salt & pepper

Saute onions and garlic in oil until golden brown. Do not Brown. add tomato and  Serrano and cook gently 3 mins
stir in parsley add salt & pepper. serve with oysters
