Granny's Avocado Sauce

 

1 small tomato chopped
1/4 cup drained chopped green chilies or chopped serrano or picante sauce to taste Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbs chopped cilantro
1 tbs tequila
Salt & pepper 

In a bowl combine all until well blended. Cover, refrigerate.

To serve, place Seafood on plate and top with sauce.

  Granny's Salsa de Aguacate

2 medium avocados
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs finely chopped onion
1 small garlic clove mashed
1 small can chopped green chilies or picante sauce to taste Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
Salt & pepper
1 medium peeled ripe tomato, chopped

Pit the avocados and mash until a paste with lime juice. Stir in rest of ingredients.
Refrigerate

 

Great on seafood or meat
