Cullen's Dill Cream Sauce

 

½ cup Heavy Cream (whipping cream)
2 Tbsp. Dill (fresh & chopped)
1 Tsp. White Wine
Pinch of ground Nutmeg
Salt & White Pepper (to taste)

Whip the cream until thick but not to the point of being stiff,
blend in the other ingredients mixing well, keep cook until ready to serve.
