Fish and Chip Batter
Fish & Chips:
3/4 cup flour
1 egg yoke
1/4 cup beer
1/2 tsp salt
oil for frying
Place Flour in bowel. In another bowel combine yolk, beer, water and salt
pour into flour, whisking until smooth let stand thirty min. Beat egg white into batter.
Dip fish in batter.
Pour 3 in. oil in
skillet
and heat to 375.
