Shanna's Texas Beamaise Sauce

 

3 tbs white wine
1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp fine chopped parsley
2 cups warm Hollandaise sauce James's Hollandaise Sauce SS5

In a small saucepan combine the wine, tarragon and parsley. Cook over high heat until most
of liquid is gone bout 2 mins. Stir into the warm hollandaise sauce, Serve immediately

3/4 cup peeled and finely chopped tomatoes
2 cups warm hollandaise sauce James's Hollandaise Sauce SS5

In a pan cook th tomatoes over medium heat until very little liquid remains about 8-10 mins.
Add to hollandaise and serve immediately
