James's Garlic Rémoulade

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh chopped tarragon
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon drained capers, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt


Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve
