Cullen's Texas  T-bones With Garlic    

      

1 whole head of garlic                                                     
 2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs each of basil and rosemary                                     
2 t-bones cut 1" thick


 take a 24 x 18 piece of foil fold in half crossways, remove outside papery from garlic
cut top of garlic head off about 1/2 inch down and place in foil, and add oil, rosemary and basil
 twist top of foil. to completely enclose. Grill steaks and garlic over hot coals about 5-8 min.
each side. Remove steak to platter open garlic and drizzle juice over steaks, lift the cooked cloves
from head and spread on steak.
         

The thickness of your skin varies from 1/2 to 6 millimeters, depending on the area of your body.
