Lynn's Cornbread Avocado Dressing
1 box cornbread stuffing water, according to box instructions
1 medium white onion, diced
1 bunch celery, diced
5 ripe California avocados
4 tablespoons butter
1. In a large saute pan, saute onion and celery until opaque using the butter.
2. Add avocado, seasoning mix, and water; simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add stuffing mix, transfer to baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
