Paul's Brown Rice Pilaf Dressing

 

3 cups chopped onions                         
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup minced celery                              
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup water                                        
2 teaspoons cumin seed
8 cups cooked brown rice                    
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chopped cilantro or parsley          
1/2 cup mixed, diced dry fruit
2 garlic gloves minced ( Optional)

Coat a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil spray: add onions, celery and water.
cook uncovered over medium heat untill water evaporates. Pour into a large bowel. 
Add all other ingredients and put in dish and bake @ 325 degree 35-40 minutes.
make about 13 serving. 100 calories 1/2 cup.
