Shanna's Wild Pecan Dressing

 

2 cups long grain wild mix   or 2 cups converted rice                                
3 large onions chopped
4 large celery ribs chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped                           
1/2 cup butter
Chopped gizzard, heart and liver                      
 ! tesp salt
1 tesp poultry seasoning                                     
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 chopped fresh parsley                                  
oysters and mushroom to taste

Cook rice according to directions. Sauté onions,  onion , green pepper, heart, gizzard and liver together
in butter until cooked. Remove onions from stove Add seasoning and mix. Beat eggs until frothy. Add rice and eggs
to onions. Add pecans, parsley, oyster and mushrooms. Bake in buttered dish 25-30 min.                

The happiest people seem to be those who have no particular cause for being happy except that they are so.
