1 cleaned hog maw (pigs stomach)
2 lbs. hamburger or sausage (loose) raw
Potatoes, pared and cubed
Soak hog maw in water (warm) while preparing
potatoes. After potatoes are pared and cubed, rinse with cold water and
drain. Mix potatoes and meat. Check hog maw. Sew if necessary; remove excess
fat. Stuff with potato meat mixture and close. Slow cook for 3 hours or bake
slowly.
