Stroganoff, Fries & Tarter

Shanna's  Steak Tartar

1 pd filet mignon or top sirloin
2 tbs mustard
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 egg yoke
2 tbs Worcestershire
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tbs drained capers
salt & pepper
1 tbs cognac

Mix all together lightly to keep from packing, mound on chilled platter
and serve with bread or toasted French bread
