Shrimp
1 cup dried sweet red peppers such as Anaheim's, flaked
18 large shrimp peeled tails left intact
Salt & pepper
Place peppers in a flat dish. Season shrimp with salt & pepper. Press
shrimp into pepper
flakes until coated evenly. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add
shrimp and sauté
until done, serve with Garlic Beurre Blanc
