Polish Sausage Sandwich
One of my family's favorite quick meals is polish sausage with sauteed
onions and peppers on a hoagie roll. I saute the onions and peppers first, using
Pam spray and a little water. When the onions and peppers are tender enough, I
remove them, leave the heat under the pan the same (med-high) add a little more
spray and water, slice sausages to bun-length, then cook until ready. Return the
onions and peppers to skillet until piping hot, Serve.
During this process I have to add water quite often.
