  Place one Kathy's Chicken Fried SteakBF2  steak inside toasted hamburger roll and top with mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, onion rings and sliced tomato and avocado slices.

On 2 slices toasted bread, place 2 steaks Kathy's Chicken Fried SteakBF2 and cover with Cream GravySC11 
and serve with French Fries and salad.
