 Cullen's Tortas

8 bollios (4 inches in length), slit lengthwise with some bread removed
1 can fat free refried black beans or James Refried BeansM23 
8 slices Panela cheese
8 slices ham from spiral ham
16 slices tomato slices
3 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup 1
tbsp. chopped chipotle chilies
4 canned pickled jalapenos, sliced in half


Spread each roll with mayonnaise or Kat's Special Sandwich Mayo MT44 , beans and chipotle chilies. Top each roll with ham, cheese tomato, and shredded lettuce. Add roll top, press and slice in half. Garnish with 1/2 jalapeño chili.
