Kat's Hamburger Steak With Onions And Gravy

1 lb. ground beef
1 md. onion
1 tbsp. catsup
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 Mix with all ingredients ingredients but onion. Add beef to mixture. Place in frying pan with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Brown on both sides; add onion and cook until soft, remove from pan. Make gravy

Brown Gravy
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
Salt & black pepper
Stir flour in pan meat was cooked in. Stir until brown. Add water,  black pepper. When gravy thickens add meat and onions and cook 20-30 mins
