Shanna's Swiss Sirloin Steak

 

2 lb sirloin steak
1 medium onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs oil
salt, garlic powder & pepper
141/2 oz sliced tomatoes

  Salt, garlic powder and pepper neat. In skillet place
oil and brown steak, add bell pepper and onion
and half brown, add all other ingredients and simmer
covered until meat is tender about 1-2 hours You can add mushrooms
