Hamburger & Swiss Steaks
Granny's Hamburger Steak With Mushroom Sauce
1 lb. hamburger steak
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 can water
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Mix hamburger steak, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Make into patties and brown in
hot grease. Put browned patties in casserole and add mushroom soup and 1/4 can
water. Bake in oven at 375 degrees about 40 minutes.
