Crab Tortillas

whole avocado, mashed
2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 clove garlic, minced
6 flour tortillas
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 pound crab
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup olives, sliced
Hot Taco Sauce
Blend avocado with lime juice and garlic. Set aside. Slice tortillas
in half and fill each with lettuce, cheese, crabmeat, tomatoes,
and olives. Spoon on taco sauce to taste. Roll each as tightly as
possible and arrange on a serving platter. Top with blended avocado.
There are two types of people: those who GET IT and those who
DON'T. If they GET IT, there's nothing to explain and if they DON'T, there's no
point in trying to explain.
