Kat's Bean Beef Taco
2 lb lean ground beef
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp leaf oregano
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup taco sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can pinto beans or green peas, drained and pureed
1 taco shells
1 Mexican sauce (see other recipe) Lynn's Mexican Sauce

Brown meat add onion cook until soft add all other ingredients except
shells. Simmer 25 mins. Spoon into shells. Top with lettuce tomatoes.
Why do psychiatrists systematically impose themselves on persons
who want to have nothing to do with them? I believe they do so because, like
most people, psychiatrists love power and exult in pushing others around.
