Hollandaise Turkey
1/4 cup butter
1 envelope Hollandaise sauce mix
1 cup water
4 cups cooked white and/or wild rice
3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
8 spears frozen asparagus, cooked
D I R E C T I O N S
Melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in Hollandaise sauce mix, then slowly
add one cup water, stirring constantly. Stir over medium heat until thick and
bubbly. Prepare rice according to package directions and spoon into 4 individual
microwavable serving dishes. Top each with a layer of turkey, 2 asparagus spears
(cooked per package directions), and 1/4 of the prepared Hollandaise sauce.
Microwave until bubbly. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
