Orange Cranberry Cutlets
1 lb turkey breast cutlets
dash salt
dash pepper
2 Tbs butter or margarine
2 Tbs orange juice
1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup raisins
2 Tbs green onions, chopped
1 Tbs orange juice concentrate
D I R E C T I O N S
Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Brown in hot skillet with
butter about 4 minutes per side, or just until inside is no longer pink. Combine
remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until heated
through. Serve sauce over hot cutlets.
